摘要
针对某型高炮随动系统教学难教、难学的问题,研发了某型高炮随动系统示教装置。该装置在硬件架构上采用了两级单片机分布控制系统+RS485通信总线结构,通过组合多种微控制电路、传感器、微型电机和显示电路,实现各种示教功能。在结构组成上采用了模块化设计方法,将随动系统按功能划分为不同示教单体.各单体可通过无线联网组成示教系统,完成单机演示和联合演示。在示教操作上进行了人性化设计,研发的多功能电子教鞭融合了触摸感应、振动感应和电磁感应技术,可灵活控制演示进程。该示教装置弥补了传统教学方法的不足.可有效激发受训人员的学习兴趣和热情。
The demonstration device for a certain antiaircraft gun servo system was designed to resolve the difficulties in teaching and learning the antiaircraft gun servo system. The device adopted the combined hardware structure of the two-stage distributed control system based on chip microcomputer and RS485 communication bus, and fulfilled multiple demonstrative functions by incorporating manifold micro-control circuits, sensors, micromotors and display circuits. Based on the building block design method, the servo system was divided in terms of functions into different demonstration monomers which via the wireless networking constituted the demonstration system to fulfill the unit demonstration and joint demonstration. The operation of the demonstration applied the humanization design, and the designed multi-purpose electronic ferule could flexibly control the demonstration course by combining the techniques of the touch induction, vibration induction and electromagnetic induction. The demonstration device fills the gap of the conventional teaching methodology and thus vigorously stimulates the trainers' interest in and enthusiasm for learning.
