摘要
回顾总结了近年来腰椎间盘突出症的常用非手术疗法,阐述了在长期临床及理论研究的基础上,应用"辨证分期推拿法",同时与其他非手术疗法(尤其是中医特色疗法)有机结合,形成腰椎间盘突出症综合治疗方案。并探讨了"辨证分期推拿法"在腰椎间盘突出症综合治疗方案中应用的临床意义。腰椎间盘突出症疗效评价体系的建立、并藉此优化综合治疗方案是今后研究的方向。
This article reviewed the common non-surgical therapy of prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc in recent years.On the basis of long-term clinical and theoretical studies,the comprehensive therapy plan of prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc were created that applied the differential Tuin therapy in phases and combined other non-surgical treatment,especially TCM characteristic therapy.It also discussed the application and the clinical significance of differential Tuina therapy in phases in the comprehensive therapy plan.And,it summarized the author＇s clinical research progress in the direction.Finally,the author believed that it is the key research,establishing the assessment of therapeutic effect and optimizing the comprehensive therapy plan,in the future.
