摘要
本文将计算机信息系统建模技术引入到城市房地产经济预警领域,结合数据仓库和决策支持系统,探讨设计与开发城市房地产预警系统的技术与方法,并在模型上引入BP神经网络,开发科学实用的城市房地产预警系统。
Computer information system modeling technology will be introduced into the urban real estate in this paper.combining data warehouse and decision support system, this paprt discusses design and development of the urban real estate pre-warning system technology and method, and develops scientific and practical urban real estate alert system on the model introducing the BP neural network.
