摘要
目的研究口内入路钛板固定下颌骨骨折治疗后并发症,分析原因并提出预防方法。方法回顾分析我院103例下颌骨骨折患者的治疗及并发症情况。结果治疗后发生的并发症有张口受限1例,咬合不良10例,术后感染3例,不良愈合2例,松脱外露1例,神经损伤2例。结论下颌骨骨折的治疗应首选坚强内固定,应选择正确的手术方案,加强术前、术后抗感染治疗及术后肌功能训练,对骨折线上的阻生齿应尽可能保留,以减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the complications of post - treatment of Internal Incision Miniplate Osteosynthesis of mandibular fracture, analyze the possible reasons and put forward preventive methods. Methods Totally 103 patients with the fracture of mandibular were retrospectively analyzed. Results Statistics show the complications as follows：The limitation of gape （3cases）, occlusal disturbance （ 10cases）, osteal infection （3 cases） nerve injury （ 2cases ）. Conclusion The preferred , poor healing（2cases）, occur loose（ lcase）, treatment of the mandibular fracture should strengthen intenal rigid fixation , choose appropriate surgery program , try to avoid preoperative and postoperative anti -infection and improve postoperative muscle function training. We should try to retain the impacted tooth on the fracture line and reduce complications.
