摘要
聘任兼职教师有利于优化高职的师资队伍结构,提高人才培养质量,拓展高职院校的办学空间。当前兼职教师任用中存在教学效果欠佳、责任意识不强等问题。高职院校要健全管理制度,对兼职教师实施统一管理和"一体化"管理;要以建立激励机制、体现人文关怀等措施调动兼职教师的能动性,有效发挥兼职教师在高职教育中的作用。
The employment of part -time teachers could optimize the structure of teachers, and improve talents' training quality, as well as expand the space of running the school at the higher vocational colleges. At present, there exist problems such as discontented teaching effect and weak responsibility consciousness. It is proposed that the management system should be improved, and the centralization and the "all-in-one" management should be carried out. Some countermeasures such as to establish an incentive mechanism with humanistic care should be taken in order to arouse part -time teachers' enthusiasm and help them play an effective role.
