摘要
2618A合金是高强耐热铝合金,具有较高的综合性能,在航空工业中主要用于高温工作零件。在大生产条件下采用正交设计等方法对固溶温度、人工时效、预拉伸等工艺参数对组织性能的影响进行了研究。确定了2618AT851厚板的最佳生产工艺参数,即固溶温度530℃,预拉伸永久变形量:1.5%~3%,人工时效温度190℃,时效时间20h。在大生产条件下复验,产品技术指标达到国外标准和Q/S134试制标准要求。替代了进口材料,满足了国家重点工程的需要。
2618A alloy belongs to high strength and high-temperature resistant alloy, has high comprehensive property, whose parts mainly used at high temperature in aviation industry. The main process parameters are studied under the condition of industry production with orthogonal design mothod. They are solution temperature, 530 t, pre--drawing set deformation volume, 1.5%-3%, artifical aging, 190℃/20 h. The products meet the foreign standard and Q/S134. It can replace products importeel, and meet the demands of domestic important engineering.
