摘要
以FeSO4·7H2O和ZnSO4·7H2O为原料,首先制备出晶粒细小的盐渍化碱式碳酸盐前驱体。在300~700℃焙烧1h后,制备出ZnFe2O4纳米晶体材料,经XRD和TEM检测,粒径为10~60nm,粒度均匀。本研究为安徽省自然科学基金资助课题。
Nanocystalline ZnFe 2O 4 materials are preparaed by roasting basic carbonate precursor synthesized with very fine crystalline grain by using FeSO 4·7H 2O and ZnSO 4·7H 2O.The microstructure is determined by XRD and TEM analysis.The results show the diameter of the nano particles is even,ranging from 10 to 60 nm when the precursor was roasted at 300~700℃ for lh.
