摘要 我国高校工程硕士培养模式严重制约着卓越工程师的培养,具体表现为工程硕士培养目标与卓越工程师定位的矛盾;工与学的矛盾;学校统一管理与企业参与不足的矛盾;高校导师与企业导师优势整合不够的矛盾。为此,需要对高校工程硕士培养模式进行改革,明确工程硕士培养目标,加强对工程硕士工程创新能力的培育,形成高校与企业一体化的工程硕士培养体系。 High schools'engineering master training model in our country has seriously restricted the cultivation of outstanding engineers.The problems are faithfully reflected in several couples of contradictions:the conflict between the cultivation goal of engineering master and the orientation of outstanding engineers;the conflict between work and learning;the conflict between the unified management of schools and insufficient participation of enterprises;the insufficient integration of university instructors and business mentors.Therefore,in order to ascertain the training objectives of engineering masters,to strengthen the cultivation of the innovative ability of engineering master,and to form integrative training system between schools and enterprises for engineering master,it is quite necessary to reform high schools'engineering master training model.
