摘要
电子商务的安全问题已经成为制约电子商务快速发展的重要因素。制定安全标准、采取有效措施,强化技术保障,建立运营与管理制度,健全法律保障,加强政府监管是实现电子商务安全(网上购物)的关键。
E-commerce security problems of e-commerce has become an important factor of rapid development.Formulate safety standard,take effective measures to strengthen technical support,establish the operation and management system,perfect legal guarantee,strengthening the government supervision is to realize e-commerce shopping online security（key）.
