摘要
农村土地市场的建立和完善是三农问题的核心之一,也是土地规模利用、集约利用的必由之路。在此形势下,调查组以河北省清河县葛仙庄镇等6镇11村的土地流转为例,针对目前农村土地流转进行了调研并提出了相应的解决对策。
To establish and perfect the rural land market is one of the core problem of ＂Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer＂ issues and is the only way leading to utilization of land resource and intensive utilization.In this situation,based on Gexinzhuang and nearby 6 towns and 11 villages’ investigation of rural land circulation made by the research group,the article proposes the corresponding solving countermeasures.
