自控镇痛(PCA)泵用于术后止痛313例的观察与护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的了解术后镇痛用药的方法及效果,对患者产生的直接影响。方法将延边大学附属医院2009-01-2010-01 313例术后镇痛给药(静脉PCA泵)的观察及护理情况进行分析。结果 6例术后2 h出现恶心、呕吐,2例术后第1天出现留置针局部皮肤发红疼痛,而停止使用。余均无尿潴留、呼吸抑制、血压下降等情况发生。结论术后镇痛及减轻机体的应激反应,对促进术后早期恢复有积极作用。而术后镇痛用药的方法及效果直接影响患者术后康复的快慢。
