摘要 1992年Jankowski成功完成3例内镜经鼻垂体病变手术，被视为内镜颅底外科发展史上的标志性事件，该技术最终彻底改变了过去40年中建立的垂体外科技术标准。由于具有直接利用鼻腔、鼻窦等自然通道作为手术入路，
