摘要
利用CO_2连续激光器,对耐热铸铁表面进行了Ni基WC、Ni基WC中加入少量稀土元素CeO_2等合金粉末的激光熔敷,研究了不同成分激光熔敷层的高温硬度、高温干磨擦磨损性能,对摩擦磨损后的表面形貌进行了分析研究。试验结果表明Ni21+20%WC+0.5%CeO_2熔覆层的高温性能较好。
In this paper,two Ni-base WC coatings with and without rare earth element (CeO_2) were remelted on the surface of a heat-resistant cast iron by high power CO_2 laser. Their hardness and friction and wear behaviors at high temperature were investigated. The surface morphologies after wear were analysed by SEM. The results showed that the coating of Ni21+20%WC +0.5%CeO_2 displays the optimum high temperature performance.
