摘要
本文在全面给出清洁化生产定义基础上,将产品的寿命周期细分为15个阶段,并根据清洁化生产节省资源、节省能源、环境保护和劳动保护等四大基本要求,对产品寿命周期中各阶段的清洁化生产内容进行详细地分析,然后分析并给出以寿命循环设计、分析及最佳化为核心的清洁化生产技术系统的结构体系,并进一步对清洁化生产系统的学科体系及特点作深入的分析。最后,结合我国现状,给出清洁化生产的实施策略。
On the basis of a comprehensive proposal on
the definition of elearlinized production this paper divided the life period of product elaborately
into 15 stages. According to four basic requirements of clearlinized production economization
on resources,economization in sources of energy, environmantal protection and labor
protection,a detailed analysis is carried out on the contents of elearlinized production during
each stage of the life period of product. Take the design, analysis and optimization of life-span
circulation as the rore, a structural system of the technological system in the elearlinized
production is presented. A further step of analysis is made on the scientific system and its
characteristics of the clearlinized productive system. Finally, combining with the present
situation of our country, the implementation strategy of clearlinazed production is proposed.
