摘要 应用毛细管流变仪、旋转流变仪和高压毛细管流变仪,对国产和进口高爽滑线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)包装膜用树脂进行了流变性能分析。结果表明,国产试样的动态、稳态、毛细管流变性能与进口试样相当;国产与进口试样的零切黏度分别为4 871,4 768 Pa.s,二者标准偏差分别为4.509,6.332,与后者相比,前者相对分子质量高;国产试样的拉伸黏度和熔体强度均低于进口试样;170℃国产试样的非牛顿指数为0.23,大于进口试样(0.22)。 The rheological properties of high slip linear low - density polyethylene (LLDPE) domesti- cal resin for packaging film were analyzed by rota- tional rheometer, capillary rheometer, high pressure capillary rheometer,and compared with those of imported similar product. The results showed that the rheological properties of the domestical resin were equivalent to those of imported one. The zero shear viscosities of domestic and imported samples were 4 871 and 4 768 Pa · s, their standard deviations were 4. 509 and 6. 332 respectively, the relative molecular mass of the former was higher than that of the latter. Compared with imported sample, the tensile viscosity and melt strength of domestical sample was lower. At 170 ℃, the non - Newtonian index of the domestic sample was 0.23, higher than that of the imported one (0.22).
