摘要 目的:探讨增殖细胞核抗原PCNA、细胞粘附因子CD44v6在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(Squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)和基底细胞癌(Basal cell carcinoma,BCC)中表达的意义及相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对82例石蜡包埋组织标本进行检测和统计分析。结果:①PCNA在皮肤SCC中阳性率(90.5%)显著高于皮肤BCC组(52%)和正常皮肤组(13.3%),CD44v6在正常皮肤中的阳性率(100%)显著高于皮肤SCC组(66.7%)和皮肤BCC组(20%);②PCNA的高表达率与皮肤SCC的分化程度呈负相关,CD44v6的高表达率与皮肤SCC的分化程度呈正相关;③PCNA和CD44v6在皮肤SCC和BCC中表达无明显相关。结论:CD44v6和PCNA与皮肤BCC和SCC的发生、分化密切相关,可作为研究和判断皮肤SCC和BCC生物学行为和预后独立的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the effects and relationship of the expressions of PCNA and CD44v6 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and Cutoneous Basal cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and PCNA were evaluatecJ by immunohistochemical assay in 42 cutanneous sqamous cell carcinoma,25 Cutaneous Basal cell carcinoma and 15 normal skin. Results (1) The positive expression rate of PCNA In CSCC (90.5%) was significantly higher than in CBCC (52%) and normal skin (13.3%) and differentiation (P〈0.05).The positive expression rate of CD44v6 in norma skin (100%) was significantly higher than in CSCC (66.7%)and CBCC (20%) and differentiation (P〈0.05). (2) The high expression of PCNA in CSCC was negatively related to tumor differentiation (P〈0.01). The high expression of CD44v6 in CSCC was positively related to tumor differentiation (P〈0.01). (3)The positive expressions of PCNA and CD44v6 in cutanneous sqamous cell carcinoma and cutaneous Basal cell carcinoma were not correlated (P〉0.05). Conclusion The over expression of PCNA and the down expression of CD44v6 in CSCC and CBCC played an important role in occurrence ,invasion and metastasis of tumor. The expressions of CD44v6 and PCNA in CSCC and CBCC were not correlated,They can be used as the independent biological morkers for the occurrence and development of CSCC and CBCC.
