摘要
通过对低温甲醇洗工艺和NHD、苯菲尔组合工艺在生产业绩、气体净化度、溶液吸收能力及溶液循环量、CO2的产量及纯度、装置流程的匹配性、消耗和能耗、投资费用等方面进行的比较和分析,确定在洞庭氮肥厂煤代油改造工程中气体净化采用低温甲醇洗工艺。
A comparison and an analysis are made of the Rectisol process and the combination of the NHD and Benfield processes in terms of production achievements, degree of gas purification, solution absorption capacity, amount of solution recycle, output and purity of CO2, matching of equipment with process, material and energy consumption, and investment cost. Based on the above it is decided that in the project of replacement of oil by coal of Dongting Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant, the Rectisol process be adopted for gas purification.
