摘要
通过对软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料发泡反应中发生的化学反应机理的探讨，运用化学动力学理论，结合实际生产配方数值，推导得不同原料温度下所需叔胺催化剂配方用量的定量计算公式。此公式对不同温度条件下的实用生产配方的拟订有很好的指导作用。
The mechanism of chemical reaction was eXplored in making flexible PU foam. Accouling to the theories ofchdrical kinetics and pnductive formulation, a formula used to calculate the amount Of tertiary thene in different rawInaterials temperature has been derived. The formula is useful for detendnation of productive formulation indifferent temperaure.
