摘要 研究温度、光照、pH值、湿度及紫外线对莱氏野村菌MZ060806菌株菌落直径、孢子萌发率和产孢量的影响。结果表明,温度对该菌的菌落生长、产孢量和孢子萌发率具有相似的效应,其中27℃是最适温度,温度过低或过高则抑制生长;分生孢子致死温度为50℃、10 min;全光照有利于产孢,而全黑暗有利于菌落扩展;最适菌落生长和孢子萌发的pH值为6~7;最适孢子萌发湿度为70%,萌发率为92.1%;该菌对紫外线(25 W、40 cm)较为敏感,当照射时间为2 min,24 h后孢子萌发率为84.4%,而照射10 min,孢子萌发率为0。 The effect of different environmental factors on colony diameter, spore germination rate and yield of Nomuraea rileyi MZ060806 were studied in this paper. The results showed that the effect of temperature on colony diameter, spore germination rate and yield of MZ060806 strain was positive, .and the best temperature was 27 ℃, higher or lower temperature inhibited its growth; the lethal temperature was 50℃ ,10 min. The photoperiod of 24 h light could promote sporolation, and 24 h darkness could accelerate its growth of colony. The favorable pH for colony and spore germination was from 6 to 7, and the optimal relative humidity for spore germination was 70 %. Spore germination rate was 92.1%. Under UV-light(25 W ,40 cm) irradiation for 2 min, spore germination rate was 84.4 % after 24 h, and spore germination rate was zero after irradiation for 10 min.
