摘要
采用气相色谱法测定了蔬菜中的农药残留量,研究比较了Florisil柱和GCB氨基柱对供试样品基质的净化效果。结果表明,GCB氨基柱净化的样品添加回收率要略低于Florisil柱,平均回收率为76.2%-112.6%,RSD为3.6%-8.3%;Florisil柱的平均回收率为82.5%-100.8%,RSD为0.9%~4.1%;此外,本试验中Florisil柱在去除背景干扰方面要优于GCB氨基柱,而且经济实惠。
The pesticide multi-residues in vegetables was determined by gas chromatography to compare the purification effect of the Florisil column and GCB-amino column for the sample matrix. The results showed that, the fortified recoveries of the sample by GCB-amino column was slightly lower than that by the Florisil column, the average recovery was 67.8 % - 112.6 % and RSD was 1.5 % - 6.2 %. The average recovery rate of the sample by florisil column was 74.9 % - 119.3 % and RSD was 0.9 % - 5.5 %. In addition, Florisil column had stronger ability of removing background interference than that of GCB-amino column.
