脐橙花朵脱落进程中花柄β-甘露聚糖酶活性变化 被引量:2

摘要 为探究β-甘露聚糖酶与器官脱落的关系,以佛罗斯特脐橙花柄外植体为材料,研究花朵脱落过程中花柄β-甘露聚糖酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,在花柄脱落过程中,花柄中β-甘露聚糖酶活性整体表现为先降低后升高的变化趋势;乙烯利可以明显加快脐橙花柄脱落进程,且能明显提高远轴端中β-甘露聚糖酶活性,而对离区和近轴端促进作用不明显,甚至会降低其酶活性。以上结果表明,β-甘露聚糖酶参与脐橙花柄器官脱落,但可能不是关键的酶。 The pedicel explants of navel orange were cultured to study the change regulation of β-mannanase in pedicels during the process of flower abscission for analyzing the relationship between β-mannanase and organ abscission. The results showed that the β-mannanase activity in pedicels presented a first decrease and then rise trend during the process of pedicel abscission, ethrel could promote the process of pedicel abscission, improve β-mannanase activity in the abaxial end obviously, and had no obvious promotion effect on β-mannanase activity of the abscission zone and adaxial end, which indicated that β-mannanase was related to pedicel abscission of navel orange but it was not the crucial enzyme.
