摘要
目的:检测蒙药中微量元素。方法:用微波消解及火焰原子吸收法测定扎冲-13、草果四味汤散、乌兰三味汤散、清热八味散等蒙药中的Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca、Mg、K、Na等8种微量元素。结果:从实验结果可以得到,这些蒙药中Fe、Ca、Na等人体所需的微量元素含量均高于其它微量元素的含量以Ca元素最为显著。结论:每个样品中所测八种微量元素的线性相关系数均在0.8769~1.000之间。实验中所用的微波消解方法具有操作简单,省时,消解完全,污染少等优点。
Objective:To detect trace elements in mongolian medicines. Methods:To detect Eight trace elements( Mn, Cu,Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg, K, Na) in mongolian medicines zhaehong - 13, caoguo four - Ingredient Tang San,wulanThree - Ingredient Tang San, Eight - Ingredient Refrigeration San by microwave digestion -flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results:The analytical results provided by the method show that the contents of Ca, Fe, Na in these mongolian medicines are higher than the others, especially for Ca. Conclusion :The linear correlation coefficient of eight kinds trace elements of evely sample are between 0.8769 - 1. 0000, and it is a good linear relationship. It show that the microwave digestion is a method with many merits, for example simple, time - saving, complete digestion and little pollution.
