摘要
目前,TD-SCDMA商用网络采用B频段的组网方式,其频率资源不足、上行码道受限,难以满足大型会议的TD-SCDMA话务量需求,在应急通信处理措施中,通过参数调整进行"软扩容"是较方便和低成本的方法之一。本文以2009年博鳌亚洲论坛TD-SCDMA通信保障为例,介绍了如何通过参数调整进行大型/重大会议的应急通信保障,通过话务疏导,最大限度提高网络的利用率,降低基站的拥塞程度,提升用户的客户感知,对于类似的应急通信处理具有一定的参考价值。
At present,the commercial TD-SCDMA network using B-band frequency of inadequate resources and limited uplink code channel is difficult to meet the need for massive traffic,the radio parameter＇s adjustment is one of the convenient and low costing methods among emergency telecommunications treatment.With Boao Forum for Asia 2009 as an example of emergency telecommunications,the author introduces how to adjust the parameters in order to divert traffic,improve network utilization and enhance the user＇s client perceptions.In short,this application may provide a certain reference value in a similar emergency telecommunications.
