摘要
对应用于宾馆、医院、办公大楼3类用户的热电冷联产系统进行方案优化,得到了各用户在不同建筑面积下所对应的最优设计方案及性能指标.以净现值率为目标函数,对3类用户在不同地区的优化方案进行对比分析,宾馆的净现值率在2.1-4.1范围内变化;医院的净现值率在2.1-3.7范围内变化;办公大楼的净现值率在-0.1-1.0范围内变化.其中,宾馆用户在夏热冬暖地区的经济效益最差,医院在寒冷和夏热冬冷地区的经济效益最差,办公大楼在寒冷地区的经济效益最差.
Scheme optimization of BCHP systems for three typical building(hotel,hospital and office) are conducted.The optimal design and performance index of all users under different construction area are obtained.A comparison between different regions indicates that,the best economic benefit of three typical users is in the severe cold region.The net present value rate in hotel is in the range of 2.1 to 4.1.The net present value rate in hospital is changed in the range of 2.1 to 3.7.The rate in office is changed from-0.1 to 1.0.The worst economic benefit in hotel is in the hot summer and warm winter region.The worst in hospital is in the cold region and hot summer and cold winter region.The worst in office is in the cold region.
