摘要
为解释建筑业企业倾向于采用传统工艺建造新产品这一现象,对建筑产品生产过程及工艺创新特点进行了剖析,显现出施工新工艺采用决策是一个基于多元价值的抉择过程。为此,建立了一个多属性效用模型,包括净收益、技术合适性等函数,以属性产出累积概率分布拟合效用函数,模拟这一决策过程。为新工艺评价与决策提供了一种适用的新方法。
For the purpose of explaining that construction enterprises intend to build new products by using traditional technologies,the characteristic of production process and technology innovation of construction products are analyzed,which reveals that the decision making of applying new technologies in construction is a process of choice based on multiple attributes.A mode of multiple attributes utility is established,which involves functions such as net revenue,technical adaptability,etc.Any attribute's utility function is fitted by its output's probability density cumulative distribution.The process of choice is simulated by utility function of accumulated probability distribution,which provides a applicable new method forevaluation and decision making of new techonologies.
