摘要
社区矫正作为一种经济、有效、人道的新型刑罚执行方式,在黑龙江省尚处于试点、起步阶段。历经不断的探索与实践,社区矫正试点工作已初步形成了自己的体系和运行规则。本文依托于对黑龙江省社区矫正试点工作情况的调研,介绍了黑龙江省社区矫正试点工作的现状及成功经验,分析了实践中存在的一些问题,并有针对性地提出了解决的办法,以期为完善我国社区矫正法律制度做一些有益的探索。
As an economic,effective and humane means of new penalties implementation,community corrections is still in experimental stage in Heilongjiang province.Through constant exploration and practice,community corrections experimental work has been initially formed its own unique system and operating rules.This article relies on research of community correction experimental work in Heilongjiang Province,describes the status of community correction and successful experience work in Heilongjiang,systematic analy-sis some problems in practice,and target-oriented proposed the perfect countermeasure,which to do some useful explore for improving the community corrections legal system.
