摘要
中国海岸地带面向21世纪的持续发展，面临着相对海面加速上升和热带气旋、风暴潮与低洼地洪涝不断加剧以及海岸环境急剧恶化等一系列重大环境变化与灾害问题．本文着重分析相对海面上升、热带气旋、风暴潮与洪水灾害以及海岸环境污染的特征、演变趋势及防御对策．
The coastal area is one of the regions with developed economy and the highest rate of economic growth in China. Meanwhile, this area is suffering more and more serious endangerment by coastaenvironmental changes(such as sea level rise, land subsidence, pollution etc.) and exacerbated hazard:(such as tropical cyclones, storm surge, coastal erosion, salt water intrusion etc.) due to its special natural conditions, effects of global warming and local unfavorable human action etc.. This paper analyzes the possible tendencies and endangerment of relative sea level rise, tropical cyclones, storm surgefloods, waterlogging and pollution, which will be the most major environmental problems faced b3sustainable development of the coastal area in China. Finally, the strategy of damage mitigation iEadvanced.
