Clinical Study on Noninvasive Treatment 198 Cases of Uterine Hysteromyomas Using High-intensity Focused Ultrasound

摘要 目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(简称HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择198例年龄在29~59岁的子宫肌瘤患者,利用HI-FU在人体内部的可聚焦特性,使用HIFUNIT9000聚焦肿瘤消融机脉冲式发射1MHz高能量聚焦超声波对子宫肌瘤进行治疗,比较治疗前后子宫肌瘤大小及临床症状的变化。结果:198例子宫肌壁间肌瘤和浆膜下肌瘤,HIFU治疗后1~12个月,复查总有效率为95.96%。仅8例肌瘤无明显缩小。结论:HIFU是一种安全有效的无创治疗子宫肌瘤的方法,治疗过程中不麻醉,痛苦小,治疗后不影响工作和生活。 Objective:To investigate clinical effect of the treatment of uterine myoma with high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU).Methods :One hundred and ninety-eight patients between 29-59 years old with symptomataic hysteromyoma were chosen as the candidates.HIFUNIT 9000 of high intensity focused ultrasound was applied to focus the extracorporeal ultrasound inside the uterine myomata.Clinical symptoms and the volume of tumors before and after the HIFU treatment were compared.Results:The volume of the tumors decreased significantly in 198 only except 8 cases with interstitial uterine myoma and submucous myoma were not change markedly after 1-12 months HIFU treatment 95.96% showed effect.Conclusion:HIFU might be a safe and effective method for the noninvasive treatment of uterine myoma with few side effects and without effect in work and life banlance.
