摘要
高职烹饪专业要强化饮食文化的教育,注重高层次知识技能的培养。要从科研入手,弘扬饮食文化,采用多元化人才培养的方式,又好又快地培养烹饪专业人才。
Cuisine Specialty of higher vocational colleges should strengthen the education of dietetic culture and emphasize the cultivation of high-level knowledge and skill.The specialty should start from scientific research to carry forward the dietetic culture and take diversified talents cultivation mode so as to cultivate professional cooking talents well and fast.
