通过加入小分子抑制物,时间依赖多角度静态光散射(TD-MALS)可以用于表征蛋白质相互作用抑制动力学而无需采用标记、固载、底物或其他修饰方法。该方法可以同时测出蛋白质-蛋白质亲和力。
Time-dependent multiangle, static light scattering （TD-MALS） is used to determine the inhibition kinetics of protein interactions by a small-molecule inhibitor, without tagging, immobilization, substrates, or other modifications. The method can simultaneously indicate protein-protein binding affinity.
