摘要
目的:探讨注射用炎琥宁所致不良反应的一般规律及特点以提供预防措施。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方医药期刊数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库1999年至2009年注射用炎琥宁所致不良反应文献进行统计分析。结果:注射用炎琥宁所致不良反应临床主要表现为过敏反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克。结论:临床医师应重视炎琥宁的不良反应,尽可能避免或减少其不良反应的发生,从而保障患者用药安全有效。
Objective：To explore the general law and characters of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by andrographolide injection in order to provide the preventive measure.Methods：ADR induced by andrographolide injection reported in domestic medical jourals during 1999-2009 were retrieved by means of CNKI,Wanfang Data and China scientific journal database for statistic analysis.Results： The chief chinical manifestation of The ADR induced by andrographolide injection was allergic reaction,the serious case would involve anaphylactic shock.Conclusion：Clinical physicians should be alert to the ADR of andrographolide injection so as to avoid or reduce ADR incidence and ensure safe and effective use of andrographolide injection in patients.
