摘要
本文就引黄工程系统实现办公自动化管理的必要性、办公自动化系统的建设目标以及办公自动化系统设计应遵循的原则、方案设计、设备选型、应用系统建设等方面，阐述了引黄工程办公自动化系统的方案构想。
A scheme for establishing the office automation system of the YRDP is illustrated from
the following aspects:the necessity of realizing the office automatic management of the YRDP,the
principle of designing the office automatic system,the design of the scheme,the selection of
equipment and the construction of the application system.
