摘要
本文介绍军队血站肩负血站和输血科双重职能,采用硬性考核与柔性管理的人力资源管理方法,取得较好成效;并对此管理模式探讨,以求管理更加完善。
To improve the management efficiency,in the army blood bank which takes double functional authorities—blood bank and department of blood transfusion,the human resource management methods were applies of rigid examinations and flexible managements.And practice was introduced.
