摘要
随着辅助生殖技术的迅速发展,双胎妊娠的发生率呈逐年上升趋势。国内多数双胎妊娠选择剖宫产分娩,但双胎妊娠并非剖宫产的绝对指征,且剖宫产手术也有一定的风险。双胎均为头位或第一胎儿为头先露时原则上可经阴道分娩。文章就双胎妊娠的经阴道分娩相关问题进行探讨。
Over the past several decades advances in assistedreproductive technologies have resulted in a gradual increase in the number of twin pregnancy. In recent years, together with the dramatic increase in the rate of cesarean section （ CS ） , the outcome for twin pregnancy in domestic is mostly delivered by CS. While, it is not absolute indications to terminate twin pregnancy by CS,related to the surgery risks. In principle, when both fetals are in cephalic presentation ,or just the first twin is, vaginal delivery can be selected. Thus,this paper majorly discusses issues related to vaginal delivery in twin pregnancies.
