摘要
为了向社会提供既懂得药学专业知识,又能卓有成效地应用社会科学知识的应用型药事管理人才,就药事管理专业人才培养的定位、课程体系、师资队伍、教学方式与考核等各方面对本科应用型药事管理专业人才培养模式进行探讨,目的在于培养社会需要的应用型人才。
This article analyzes the necessity of training application undergraduate talents in Pharmacy Administration.Talents position,curriculum setting,teacher development,teaching and test method,are discussed,which aims at cultivating graduates who has not only the knowledge of pharmacy,but also the knowledge of social sciences.
