摘要
改革开放三十多年来,福建外向型经济取得极大的成就,成为对外贸易的大省,但与外贸强省还有较大差距。抓住海峡西岸经济区建设的契机,转变经济增长方式和外贸增长方式,实现从外贸大省向外贸强省跨越具有十分重要的意义。本文针对福建省情,从体制创新、统筹兼顾、优化外贸商品结构、实施科技兴贸战略、大力发展服务贸易搞好功能区开发,加强基础设施建设、坚持"人才兴贸"等七个方面提出外贸大省到外贸强省的建议。
With the 30 years＇ reform and opening up,Fujian Province has made a great achievement in export-oriented economy.However,there is still a big gap compared to the strong foreign trade province.Under the circumstance of building the West Coast Economic Zone,Fujian should seize the opportunity to change the mode of economic growth and foreign trade growth mode to transfer Fujian from a large foreign trade province to a strong foreign trade province.In this paper,we put forward the proposals on transformation of strong foreign trade province in Fujian from the following aspects,including provincial situation analysis, institutional innovation,overall planning,optimizing the exporting commodity structure,implementing the strategy of science and technology on trade,developing the services for trade and building up the functional area,strengthening infrastructure construction and assisting on the ＂Human Capital and Trade＂
