摘要
技术创新及其扩散产生促进经济增长的乘数效应是一个起于微观达至宏观的复杂过程。从规模经济、范围经济、联结经济和速度经济等视角进行分析,给予我们的启示是:在规模经济中,企业技术创新乘数的规模呈单倍级增长态势;在由技术创新带来的范围效应中,其乘数规模呈多倍级增长态势;企业技术创新乘数的规模在联结经济中呈指数级增长趋势;在基于时间效应的速度经济中,技术创新乘数效应的发生具有很大的不确定性。
The multiplier effect driving economic growth caused by technical innovation and diffusion is a complicated process from microcosmic to macrocosmic development.The enlightenment from the view of economy of scale scope,connection,and speed,is that,in scale economy,technical innovation multiplier is increasing in single times;in scope economy,the technical innovation multiplier is increasing in multiple times;in connection economy,the technical innovation multiplier lies in exponential growth;while in speed economy,the technical innovation multiplier shows definite uncertainty.
