竹叶提取液对黄豆脲酶活性的影响

摘要 [目的]研究竹叶提取液对黄豆脲酶活性的影响。[方法]根据尿素溶液加入竹叶提取液后pH值的变化,判断竹叶提取液对脲酶活性的影响。[结果]竹叶水浸液和乙醇提取液对脲酶都有抑制作用,但乙醇提取液的抑制效率高于水浸液。乙醇提取液与微波辅助乙醇提取液相比,微波辅助乙醇提取液能明显降低黄豆脲酶的活性,故竹叶提取液对黄豆脲酶具有抑制作用。并且竹叶提取液随着用量的增加,抑制效果呈正相关系。[结论]该研究为茶多酚作为工业新型脲酶抑制剂的研究和生产提供一定的参考依据。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of bamboo leaves extract on soybean urease activity.[Method] According to pH change after the urea in solution leaves extract,the influence of extract of bamboo on urease activity was studied.[Result] Bamboo water and ethanol extract of urease had inhibitory effect,and the ethanol extract inhibition efficiency was higher than that of water extract.Ethanol extract of microwave-assisted ethanol could significantly reduce the soybean urease activity.Therefore leaves extract of soybean urease had inhibitory effect.[Conclusion] The research could provide the reference for the study and production of tea polyphenols as industrial new urease inhibitors.
