刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛毒力的实验观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛的致病性。方法:用成熟刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛直接触刺自愿者的上肢皮肤和采用皮肤挑刺法将毒刺毛洗脱液直接接种于自原者上肢皮肤后,对刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛的毒力作直接动态观察。结果:自愿者上肢皮肤被刺蛾幼虫毒刺毛触刺后,局部表现为刺痛、奇痒、红晕、风团、丘疹等;接种毒刺毛洗脱液后,自愿者上肢皮肤所出现的皮炎症状与毒刺毛触刺皮肤后出现的皮炎症状相似;而加热后再接种自愿者上肢皮肤,则不出现上述皮炎症状。结论:刺蛾幼虫的毒刺毛具有致病性,致病物质成分为蛋白类毒素,其毒力较强。 Aim To study the pathogenicity of toxigenic spine of Eucleid Caterpillar.Methods With the method of pricking on the epiderm the skin of volunteers was touched directly by toxigenic spine of mature Eucleidae Caterpillar and inoculated directly by the abstergent liquid of toxigenic spine on their upper limbs so that we could observe the toxicity of toxigenic spine continuouesly. Results The sympotoms of twinge,titillation, red halo,urticaria and papular eruption were manifested on the local skin of upper limbs of volunteers after being touched by toxigenic spine of Eucleid Caterpillar. The dermatitis symptom on the skin of upper limbs of volunteers after being vaccinated directly by the abstergent liquid of toxigenic spine was similar to that of volunteers after being touched directly by toxigenic spine. However,if the skin of volunteers vaccinated by the abstergent liquid of toxigenic spine which had been boiled, the dermatitis sympom didn't occure. Conclusions The Eucleidae Caterpillar have obvious pathogenicity. The material component of pathogenicity is protein toxin and its toxicity is stronger.
