摘要
以抗盐品种茶淀红和盐敏感品种中国春等两种小麦为实验材料,研究甜菜碱对盐分胁迫条件下小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)幼苗Na+、K+、Cl-的吸收、分配的影响。结果表明:外源甜菜碱能够在一定程度上限制幼苗对Na+、Cl-的吸收,阻滞其向地上部分运输的数量和速度,同时提高体内K+含量、向上运输效率,降低地上部分对Na+、K+的选择性(SNa+、K+),从而提高小麦幼苗抗盐性和对盐分胁迫的适应性。
Effects of betaine on contents and distribution of Na +, K + and Cl - in two genotypes wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) seedlings,Cha Dianhong (salt resistant one) and Chinese Spring (salt sensitive one),were studied under salt stress.The results showed that,betaine can relatively inhibit the absorption of Na + and Cl -,cut down the quantity and rate of its transportation to shoot,increase the K + content in wheat seedling,and decrease Na +,K + selectivity ratio (S Na +、K + ) of transportation to shoot. Therefore the salt resistance and the adaptability to salt stress of wheat seedlings were raised.
