某速生杉木BCTMP生产线废水发生量的时波动系数1.79,日波动系数1.60,总波动系数2.86。针对这条生产线的废水状况,研究设计了粗滤-初沉-水解-ABR厌氧-连续SBR-混凝的化机浆废水处理流程并建造了处理工程设施。其中沉淀池运行中加入SBR排泥,SS去除率提高了7个百分点,CODCr的去除率提高了6.5个百分点,减少了后续二级生物处理有机物的负荷量,曝气电耗下降,单位处理成本降低。沉淀池中,SS和CODCr去除率之间存在线性相关关系:Y=0.801x-3.440,R^2=0.713。设计和应用ABR厌氧反应器,其建设投资仅为同规模内循环式厌氧反应器的25%左右。连续SBR系统的应用,解决了污泥膨胀难题。
Effluent discharge from a China fir BCTMP production line varied daily and hourly with a hourly pulse index of 1.79, daily pulse index 1.60 and summed pulse index 2.86. A complete effluent treatment process was proposed based on the characteristics of the effluent and the previous laboratory study result, which was a multiple-stage process i. e. Filtration-Sedimentation-Hydrolysis-Anaerobic digestionAeration-flocculation and an industrial scale effluent treatment system was designed and construsted. Operation parameters of each individual units were optimized, and commissioning run of the effluent treatment plant was carried out. The discharged active sludge from SBR was firstly applied to the sedimentation tank to enhance flocculation, as results, COD and SS removals of effluent in sedimentation tank increased by 6.5 and 7 percentage points respectively, leading the decrement of treatment cost by saving aeration power. There is a linear relationship between removal efficiencies of SS and COD in sedimentation tank, i.e. y = 0. 801x -3.440, R^2 = 0. 713. ABR techniques was applied in this system, its total investment was only about 25% of IC anaerobic tower with the same. After more than one year industrial operation, it has been proven that this process is suitable for China fir BCTMP effluent treatment with good run-stability, avoiding sludge bulking. The quality of effluent can meet the regulation of Chinese national standard GB3544-2001.
