摘要
为了探讨交感性眼炎的发病机理,我们采用小白鼠作实验动物,将小白鼠的左眼作穿透性外伤后放一小段铁丝于其玻璃体内,经2、4及6周后,摘出其右眼。
An incision was cut posterior to the corneal limbus and a pieceof iron wire was inserted into the vitreous of each left eye of albi-no mice. 2,4 and 6 weeks after injury the mice was killed and the ri-ght eyes were enucreated and 8μm sections were cut and processed forsuccinic dehydrogenase activities. When the spleen cells of the mousewere transfered into other normal mouse, 8 days after transference, the recipients also showed a decrease in succinic dehydrogenase acti-vities in the retina. If treated with cyclosporine after injury or trea-ted with monoclonal antibody before transfering the spleen cells the le-vel of succinic dehydrogenase activities was higher than the untreatedeyes. We suggest that this model may be used as a model of experime-ntal sympathetic ophthalmia.
