摘要
目的：探讨功能性子宫出血（简称功血）的治疗方法。方法：采用BBT自凝刀、口服米非司酮以及内服中药等中西医结合治疗功血患者36例，对其临床资料总结分析。结果：无一例脏器损伤，显效率77．8％，总有效率100％。患者痛苦小，恢复快。结论：中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血，安全、可靠、治愈率高、恢复快、无明显并发症、费用低，效果满意。
Objective： To investigate the therapy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding （Abbreviations： DUB）. Method： Taking BBT self-curing knife, oral rice manages ketone and the integrative medicine therapy 36 patients, analyze the clinical data. Result： Have one internal organs damage, efficiency rate for 77.8%, the total efficiency for 100%. Patient＇s agony is little, resume fast. Conclusion： Treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the integrative medicine has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
