摘要
临床观察发现伴有过敏性鼻炎的哮喘类型较多（80％～90％），且该类哮喘较单纯哮喘的证治有着明显区别。认为“气虚夹风、风痰阻肺、胸阳痹阻”是本病发作的主要病机，采用益气祛风通窍、宣痹通阳化饮为其基本冶法，结合临床兼症，肺-鼻同治，整体治疗，灵活化裁，疗效卓著。
Clinical observation on discovery asthma type with allergic rhinitis is more （80% - 90%）, and this asthma is different with asthma alone. The main pathogenesis is ＂Qixu Jiafeng, Fengtan Zubi, Xiongyang Bizu＂, using basic therapeutic methods of Yiqi Qufeng Tongqiao, Xuanbitongyang, combine with clinical symptoms, at the same time treating lung and nose, treating overall has a good effects.
