摘要
都市旅游产品具有明显的公共产品的特性,并且在经济、社会、文化和空间等多个方面都具有重要的现实意义。文章基于上海的都市旅游资源,对各类都市旅游产品的公共属性进行对比分析,并以博物馆旅游资源为代表,对上海市都市旅游产品公共属性的表现方式、表现程度和旅游开发意义等内容展开具体研究。
Urban tourism products present the characteristics of public goods mostly, but there are many differences in the degree of pub- lic property. The paper will establish a pedigree of urban tourism products, based on urban tourism resources of Shanghai, and then par- ticularly analyze the types and degrees in public properties of various urban tourism products with excludability as a benchmark, then pro- pose practical significance of urban tourism products in economic, social, cultural and space aspects, which are given by development of modem tourism in city.
