摘要 锅炉启停过程中的耗油是火电厂燃油消耗的主要原因之一,降低锅炉启停过程中的耗油对火力发电厂的节能降耗有举足轻重的作用,大唐太原第二热电厂通过对启动机组过程的方案优化,从而实现气化小油枪直接点燃劣质煤粉,减少启动耗油,节油效果显著,在燃用劣质煤的机组实现小油枪直接点火的课题研究中取得重大突破。 Oil consumption during the start and the stop of coal fuel boiler is the main reason for oil consumption in thermal power plant,reducing the oil consumption during the start and stop of coal-fired power plants plays a key role in energy saving.In datang taiyuan co-generation power plant,Through the optimization of unit start,realized gasify small oil gun ignite the Low quality coal powder,reduce the fuel consumption during the start of unit,reached the effect Energy-saving.And it obtain The Major breakthrough in the study of direct ignition of small oil gun in the unit of burning the Low quality coal.
