摘要
目的探讨经颈前小切口径路腔镜下行甲状腺手术的临床应用价值。方法对我院2007年5月～2009年7月采用腔镜辅助下颈前单一小切口径路手术的39例甲状腺疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果采用腔镜辅助下颈前单一小切口径路手术的39例患者手术均获成功,无一例需术中扩大刀口,手术后颈部美容效果较传统手术好,且颈部感觉异常及吞咽困难较传统手术明显减轻。结论腔镜辅助下颈前单一小切口甲状腺手术可达到微创、相对美容的效果,是一种相对简单、易于推广、安全可靠的方法。
Objective To explore the clinical value of endoscopic thyroidectomy via minimally invasive video-assisted thyroidectomy.Methods Thirty-nine cases of endoscopic thyroidectomy via minimally invasive video-assisted thyroidectomy from May 2007to July 2009were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the operations were successful,and no one was needed converted to open surgery,paraesthesia and dysphagia are obviously relieved.Conclusion The micro-invasive video-assisted thyrodectomy is safe,feasible and minimally invasive.
