摘要
利用气体雾化法制备Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo合金粉末,经过880℃热压成型,研究热处理后约ω相结构。在此状态下,该合金中除了存在β0相和O相之外还存在ω相和一种由电荷密度波驱动的非公度相。通过电子衍射分析和结构因数计算得知该ω相为具有P3ml空间群的有序三角结构,并有四种变体。
The structure of ω phase formed after heat treatment in Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo alloy prepared by gasatomizing and Hot-pressing has been studied. Besides β0 phase and O phase, ω phase and an incommensurate phase associated with charge density wave (CDW) exit in the alloy. It can be known through analyzing selected diffusion patterns and calculating structure factor that the ω phase with four variants belongs to ordered triangle structure of P3ml space group.
