男性青少年骨盆X线片骨骺融合增龄性变化的初步观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察15~19岁男性青少年骨盆骨骺融合的形态学特征,为研究现阶段男性青少年骨骺融合增龄性变化规律积累新的数据。方法利用62例15~19岁男性青少年的骨盆X线片,采用形态学分级、赋值法对其骨骺融合状况进行观察和半定量研究。按研究结果所获得的规律,采用上述赋值计分法对另外6例已知年龄的青少年骨龄进行粗测,并与中国人手腕骨发育标准(CHN)法进行对比。结果 15~19岁男性青少年骨盆骨骺融合呈现动态形态学变化趋势,各年龄组骨盆骨骺发育总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。18岁组以后各骨骼形态学变化仍在继续,但经赋值量化的统计学差异不明显。利用本方法可以粗测6例已知年龄个体的大致骨龄。结论 15~19岁男性青少年骨盆骨骺融合存在一定的增龄性变化;本分级、赋值法可大致反映现阶段男性青少年骨骺发育的一般规律。 Objectives To observe the morphological characters of pelvis epiphysis concrescence in 15~19 year male teenagers.Methods Sixty two male teenagers age between 15~19 years old were studied with skeletal X-ray photography by morphological grading and scoring methods.To identify the credibility of the results,the boneages of another 6 cases with known age were estimated with the methods based on the research.Results There were dynamic morphological changes of pelvis epiphysis concrescence in 15~19 year male teenagers.There are statistically significant difference in 15~18 years old groups.The boneage of another 6 male cases with known age can be evaluated approximately based on this data.Conclusion There were increased morphological changes of pelvis epiphysis concrescence in 15~19 year male teenagers.The results could explain approximately common development trend of pelvis epiphysis concrescence in 15~19 year male teenagers.The pelvis epiphysis concrescence was discovered to be earlier than the documents repored before.
