摘要
对现有的国产钢筋弯曲机的技术现状进行了描述:钢筋弯曲机产品质量差异主要在于机箱质量、面板上的工作圆盘及其附件的质量、配用电机质量、传动系统的加工及涂装质量等方面.提出了增强弯曲机产品竞争力的改良方向:采用有限元技术对蜗轮变速箱体、传动系统的齿轮、蜗轮蜗杆结构进行设计计算,以减轻弯曲机的质量;开发同类传动方式的大型化产品及开发新的传动方式;设计自动控制角度钢筋弯曲机;提高整机的涂装质量及配件质量.
The current domestic technology status of steel bending machine has been described.The quality difference of steel bending machine mainly lies in the chassis,work disc on panel,annexes,motor,processing of drive system and coating,etc.The improvement method of enhancing the competitiveness of products is proposed,which includes using finite element techniques in design calculations to the worm gearbox,transmission gears and worm gear structure for reducing the weight of the machine,developing the large-scale product of similar transmission mode and new transmission mode,designing steel bending machine of automation control angle,improving the quality of the overall coating and accessories.
